How do I create a Google Classroom account?


  • Do a Google search on (Google Classroom) and then go to the main page.
  • If you have a Google account, you can directly enter Google Classroom, but if you do not have a Google account, you can sign in by creating a Google account and then log in to Google Classroom.
  • When entering the main page, there is a button in the form of a sign (+) at the top of the page on the right. When you click on this icon, two options will appear: the first option is to join the class, and the second option is to create a class.
  • Enter the “Join Class” option if you are a student, in this case, you need to enter the code given by the class code teacher or teacher.
  • Enter the option to create a class. If you are a teacher or teacher, when you enter, a message appears to agree to the terms of the Google Classroom application, you must press the checkmark and then continue.
  • Then another window will appear for you asking you to enter the information for the electronic class and the name of the class (Class name), the subject (Subject), and the room (Room).
  • After clicking on the window, the main page of the electronic class will appear. Inside the page, there is the code for the class. This code must be given to all students who need to be present in this electronic class.
  • You can also change the page template on this home page, by clicking on Select Theme and uploading a special image for the page by clicking on the Upload Photo option.
  • There are additional options such as sharing topics and study exercises, by clicking on (share something with your class), as well as setting appointments and responding to student posts.
  • You can use the feature to add a file type (PDF, Words), add a video or an electronic link, as well as (Google Drive) as well as write the topic to be discussed or put forward, and then publish, by pressing the word (Post) at the bottom of the screen.
  • When you click on the Classwork option at the top of the page, you will be transferred to another window, through which assignments can be given to students collectively or individually, and you can also save all lessons by entering (Google drive).
  • There is also a feature that shows the name of the teacher who owns the page, as well as the names of all participating students. By clicking on (People) at the top of the page, you will be transferred to another window where these names are in this window.
  • You can add another teacher to the page by pressing add as well as adding other students, either by sending a direct invitation or by entering the class code.
